The Single Moms Relief Fund

Donation protected
Being a single mother during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and having to witness the struggle of other single mothers began the birth of The Single Moms Relief Fund for Tiffany Irene. "There are mothers who HAVE to go to work, but can not because schools are closed and they must be home to care for their children. Tell me, how will they pay their bills? How will they put food on the table? The Single Moms Relief Fund was designed to help with just that," Said Irene. After reading an article of a mother in Georgia who passed away from COVID-19 and her child was left alone for several hours, made Irene think of single mothers more than ever. "Call all single mothers that you know, check in on us. It isn't easy, because we need your support more than ever during this time," said Irene.

"I thank God that I am able to still work and do so safely during this time, so I am able to keep my bills paid and food on my table. I am also blessed that my niece, who's new to Georgia going to GSU, has come to my place to help me during this time. But what about the moms who have no one, and are not able to work. The Single Moms Relief Fund is for you. This fund is here for you today, during COVID19 pandemic and after it has been managed safely and things go back to normal. This crisis opened my eyes to our struggles and our realties and how far too often we are looked down upon if we say we're tired or need help. We love our children, but it ain't easy! No more pride, put it to the side. Let's help one another. I am NOT rich and I'm on limited funds, but I am making the first donation of $100 to go towards a single mom and I will continue to donate as I can. If this fund can give $25 for just gas to put in a single mom's car, then we have helped alleviate some stress. Any amount can help, trust me, I know!" - Tiffany Irene
